Stern-reporter Hans-Martin Tillack is an uncomfortable and controversial journalist. He discovered infamous lobby-work of well-known politicians, miusing EU-funds and shameless transfers of funds by big banks. For this, he was arrested, kept under surveillance and called a “personified open loop”. In the case of German Federal President Wulff he has been accused of not taming his own journalistic hunting instinct and of exaggerating his press coverage. Hans-Martin Tillack has been honoured for his investigations with the Frode-Jakobsen- and Leipzig Prize for the Freedom and the Future of the Media. – All in all, more than enough to discuss and talk about at our next Netzwerk Recherche Stammtisch. You are sincerely invited.
When and Where? – Thursday, March 12th 2015, 7 p.m. at Villa Ida, Menckestraße 27 in Leipzig
We look forward to an exciting evening in the rooms of the Media Foundation of the Sparkasse Leipzig. For organizational reasons, please let us shortly know via E-Mail, if you would like to attend.
